  Bartel van der Veek is a Ph.D. candidate of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida Institute of Technology. He received his Master degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University in Eindhoven, the Netherlands in 2009. His specialization is in the field of control systems, but has done research in a variety of fields including modeling and control of flexible structures, wireless communication systems, and electromagnetic wave propagation. Fahad Alomary is a Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the Florida Institute of Technology. He joined Florida Tech as a Master’s student in 2007. He posses his Master’s Degree in two fields of study, a Master’s of Computer Engineering, and a Master’s of Engineering Management. His research interests are in the areas of Personal Communication Systems, Wireless Networks, and The Quality of Service in Cellular Networks. Ali Bendallah is a PhD student of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida Institute of Technology. His research interests are in the areas of mobile wireless communications and Indoor propagation environment.
His Ph.D. work concentrates on Indoor propagation prediction and modeling using different techniques such as for example statistical modeling and finding the best modeling scheme suits for such environment.

  Gil Perez is a Ph.D student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the Florida Institute of Technology. Gil’s research interests are in the areas of RF propagation, wireless communication, mobile adhoc networks combined with modeling and simulation. Gil is an electrical engineer at Harris Government Communications Systems Division. Gil has some 25 years of industry experience encompassing test, modem dsp software development, modeling & simulation and systems engineering. Gil has worked network modeling and simulation architectures for tactical networks utilizing various custom protocols, researching network and optimizing radio connectivity.
